About This Project
Anne Claire Broughton of Broughton Consulting, LLC, researched and wrote this series of 24 action guides outlining a series of innovative employee engagement practices for businesses, from hiring for culture fit, through onboarding and crosstraining, all the way to sharing ownership via broad-based stock options and ESOPs. Part of The Hitachi Foundation’s Pioneer Employers Initiative, the companies interviewed for the Business Action Guide series clearly demonstrate how practices that benefit employees at all levels also benefit the bottom line.
