How We Work

Broughton Consulting specializes in working with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), usually ranging from five to 500 employees but sometimes up to 1,000; we can also work with larger companies or nonprofits. Our approach is to sit down together and learn about your company’s needs and aspirations, and then to work with you to identify and implement creative and effective solutions.
